I Sold My Car With Peach Cars, Here’s My Experience…

Dealing with Ingenuine Buyers
The first platform I tried selling my car on was Facebook Marketplace. While I got many inquiries about the car, most of them were ingenuine callers that didn’t result in anything tangible so I closed the posts and started looking for other means of selling my car.

Peach Cars inspectors sent me the inspection report via Whatsapp within 48 hours and then I was able to engage their salespeople on pricing based on the repairs the car needed. When we agreed on a reasonable range that would also be fair to prospective buyers, they went ahead to list the car on their marketing platforms.
Throughout the entire process, from when I handed the car over to them to when I transferred the logbook to the new owner, I was always kept in the loop. Peach would always update me on the viewings generated, what prospective buyers were saying about the car, and the offers they were making.
When I received an offer I was comfortable with, the buyer wired the money to an escrow account while I initiated the logbook transfer process. Part of the money was transferred to me and then the rest of it was sent once the logbook had been transferred to the buyer.
Hassle-Free Experience
For me, selling my car with Peach Cars was a transparent, easy, and hassle-free experience. I didn’t have to screen prospective buyers to see who was serious and who wasn’t, bargain the selling price with them, or keep worrying about welcoming strangers into my home.
Would I recommend Peach Cars to people looking to sell or buy a car in Nairobi? Definitely! They exceeded my expectations.
I expected that it would take at least six months to sell my car, but they did it within a month. On a scale of one to 10, I would say Peach Cars is a ten.
During the entire time, my car also never left their lot unless it was for a test drive with a prospective buyer. I knew it was safe and I didn’t have to worry about my car being used for personal errands.
